CHOCOLATE KESARI
Ingredients:
Fire rawa (semolina) – 1 cup
Condensed milk – ½ tin
Milk – 2 cups
Cocoa powder – 1 tsp
Ghee – 1 ½ tsp
Cooking chocolate grated – 2 tsp
Roasted almonds – 10
Method:
1. Melt little ghee and roast rawa in reduced flame.
2. Heat milk, condensed milk together with cocoa powder.
3. When it starts boiling, sprinkle rawa and keep stirring.
4. Cook until it turns to a thick mass.
5. Add grated chocolate and rest of the ghee.
6. When it turns to a thick mass transfer to a silica mould.
7. Tur it upside down and decorate with roasted almond.
