Chocolate Cake Using Fresh Cream
INGREDIENTS
Sift Together:
Refined Flour – 200 Gms
Baking Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Cooking Soda – 1/2 Tsp
Cocoa Powder – 3 Tblsps
Salt – A Pinch

Whip Together: (In Mixie)
Sugar – 1 Cup (Heaped)
Fresh Cream – 100 ml
Fresh Thick Curds – 3/4 Cup
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 Tsp
Chocolate Essence – 1/2 Tsp
Sliced Almonds – 25 Gms

METHOD
1. Powder sugar in a mixier grinder, add fresh cream, curds, essence and whip gently.
2. Pour on a broad bowl, add sifted ingredients. Mix gently using a flat ladle.
3. Fill in small cup cake moulds, top with sliced almonds, take in a pre-heated oven (180 degrees C) for 15 to 20 minutes (or until it is baked well).
