INGREDIENTS
Diced Onion — 1
Potato — 1
Broccoli — 1
Peeled Almond — 7
Butter — 1 Tsp
Salt — To Taste
Milk — ½ Cup
Fresh Pepper Powder — As desired
METHOD
1. Melt butter in a pressure pan.
2. Fry Onions, broccoli, potato for few minutes in reduced flame.
3. Pour water to cover it. Add almonds and allow to attain boiling point.
4. Close with lid with the vent and pressure cook for one whistle in medium flame.
5. When it cools down, blend it in a mixie. Dilute with more water, milk and heat it with salt.
6. Add pepper at the end and serve hot in soup bowl.

can cook broccoli little less to avoid lose of nutrients. don't allow it turn to olive green in color. greenish is better..

Gosh… cooking broccoli in preshakukar doesn't make any sense! After two whistles there will be all components destroyed and nothing left for dear pregnant ladies to feed on (except a flavored "mass")! Boiling broccoli 2-3 minutes is more than enough. But if you lady Hindustan se – well… hell-boil it all out (as most of you ladies think – anything raw will keel ya?) (((:
