Bread Waffles
INGREDIENTS
Multigrain Bread or Wheat Bread — 4 Slices
Rawa (Fine Semolina) – 1/2 Cup
Salt — To Taste
Finely Cut Green Chillies — Very Little
Finely Cut Carrot, Onion, Colour Capsicum — 1 Tbsp. Each
Oil — 1 Tblsp.
Butter — 1 Teaspoon
METHOD
1. Soak Rawa in just enough water to cover it for 1/2 an hour.
2. Add Salt, minced chillies, oil and all the vegetables.
3. Mix it well and apply as thin layer on top of buttered bread slices.
4. Heat Waffle Maker and keep bread slices on it.
5. Close with lid and bake it until light turns off.
6. Serve with tomato ketchup.
