INGREDIENTS
Porridge Pre-Mix
Rice Flakes – ½ Cup
Roasted Gram – 1 Tblsp
For Porridge
Pre-mix Flour – 1 Tblsp
Milk – 100 ml
Grated Jaggery – 1 Tsp
Puree Banana – 1 Tblsp
METHOD
1. Dry roast rice flakes alone to a golden brown colour.
2. Powder it along with roasted gram and sift it through a fine mesh sieve.
3. Cut banana, add little milk, grated jaggery and grind to a paste using a mixer.
4. Cook pre-mix flour with ½ cup of water.
5. Add pureed banana with the cooked porridge to required consistency
