INGREDIENTS
Wheat Flour – ½ Cup
Rice Flour – ½ Cup
Grated Jaggery – 1 Cup
Cardamom Powder – ½ Tsp
Oil – For Deep Frying

METHOD
1. Pour water to cover Jaggery and heat until it dissolves.
2. Remove from stove. Cool thoroughly and mix with sifted flours, cardamom powder to form a pouring consistency batter.
3. Heat oil in a small flat pan. (Pour oil upto 11/2 inch depth only)
4. Using a small ladle pour a ladleful of batter in hot oil.
5. Turnover when it comes up.
6. Do not over fry. Take out and keep on a kitchen tissue to remove excess oil.
7. Keep side by side on a flat plate. Deep fry one by one.
