Aloo Sabji/ Dhariwala
INGREDIENTS
Cooked Potatoes – 150 gms
Cooked Peas (Blanched) – 100 gms
Tomatoes – 3 (Pureed)
Oil – For Frying
Cumin Seeds – 1/2tsps
Grind Together:
Onions – 3 (150gms)
Garlic – 5 Flakes
Coriander Leaves – 1/2 Bunch
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
METHOD
1. Peel the outer skin from potatoes and mash coarsely.
2. Grind the mentioned ingredients to coarse paste.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan.
4. Add cumin seeds and then ground paste and stir until oil separates.
5. Add tomato puree, and enough water.
6. Add boiled potatoes, and boil for few more minutes.
