AGATHI KEERAI SWEET CURRY
Ingredients:
Agathi leaves (finely cut) – 1 cup
Cooked toor dhal – 1 ½ tsp
Salt – 2 pinches
Grated jaggery- 1 ½ tsp
Grated coconut- Bowl full
Ghee- 1 tsp
Methods:
Heat ghee, fry leaves for few minutes.
Add jaggery, allow to melt.
Add cooked dhal, coconut and take out when moisture evaporates completely.
