Ingredients

Potato-1 big sized
Toor dal – 1/4 cup
Vegetables( here I used carrot,cabbage,spinach and onion)-1/2 cup chopped each

Ginger chopped-1 tsp

Turmeric powder-1/4 cup
Pepper powder
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Salt-1 tsp
Oil
Egg-1
Bread crumbs
Cook potatoes well and smash without lumps
Cook dal with turmeric and pepper powder
Sauté vegetables,add powders
Mix all the ingredients together,then make cutlets
