Ingredients Used
Prawn – 750 gm(Approx.)
For grinding:
Coconut(grated) – 1/2 cup
Kashmiri chilli – 3 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper – few

For sautéing:

Green chilli – 2 no.

Curry leaves

Ginger and garlic – 1 1/2 tablespoon

Shallots – 1 tablespoon
Coconut oil
salt
water

Pot tamarind – 3 pieces
