This video shows how to prepare tasty soya chunks cutlet in simple method. Soya chunks is very healthy and everyone will like this snack especially vegetarians.

Ingredients:
Soya chunks – 100 g(Soak in boiled water for 30 minutes, then squeeze and mince in a mixer grinder)
Potato – 1 medium sized(Smash fully cooked or boiled potato)
Onion – 1 medium sized(finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 tsp
Green chilli – as per individual taste
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves-(Finely chopped)
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1/2tsp
Garam masala(Home made) – 1/2tsp
Pepper powder – As per individual taste
Salt
Gram flour – 1 tbsp.(optional)

If gram flour is not available, add 1 more small cooked and mashed potato
Oil for frying
Egg white – 2
Bread crumbs
