Ingredients used
Inchi(ginger) -1+1/4 cup
Puli(tamarind) – 1 lemon sized
Green chilli-5 no’s
Curry leaves
Dried chilli
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1&1/2tsp
Jaggery- 3/4 cup
Salt
Water coconut oil
Mustard seeds
Fenugreek seeds
Fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp
Asafoetida-1/4 tsp
Pepper powder-2 to 3 pinch
Soak tamarind in hot water and extract juice.here I took 3&1/2 cup tamarind juice
Roast ginger in medium heat till it becomes crispy
Quantity of chilli powder and jaggery as per individual choice
