Plum Cake Christmas Special/ക്രിസ്മസ് സ്പെഷ്യൽ പ്ലം കേക്ക്

I wish all of you Merry Christmas and happy New Year.Here I am sharing a plum cake recipe without oven.

Ingredients List:

All purpose flour/Maida –1 + 1/2 cup (1 cup = 250 ml)
Sugar – Approx. 1 cup (1/3 cup for caramelizing)
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 2 to 3 pinch
salt – 1/4 tsp
Spices (cloves – 6 nos, cinnamon -2 small pieces, cardamom – 2 pods , jathikka – 1 small piece)
Egg – 2 nos
vegetable oil – 1/3 cup
honey – 1 tbsp.
orange zest – 1 tsp
vanilla powder/essence – 1 tsp
dry fruits and nuts (soak dry fruits in any fruit juice for minimum 3 hours)
