Pinapple Plum Cake Recipe/വളരെ ഈസിയായി ഒരു ടേസ്റ്റി പൈനാപ്പിൾ പ്ലം കേക്ക്

Pinapple plum cake

Ingredients:

Maida – 1+1/2 cup(1 cup = 250 ml)
Sugar – 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp.(1/3 cup caramalised+ 1/2 cup granules)
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp
salt – 1/4 cup
Crushed pinapple – 1/4 to 1/2 cup
Pinapple essence – 1+1/2 tsp to 2 tsp
Yoghurt – 1 tbsp.
egg – 1
Veg.oil/ Butter – 1/3 cup
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp

Note: When baking First 3 minutes bake in medium high flame ,then change it to low heat.
