Mixed Fried Rice(KidsSpecial)/Simple fried rice recipe.

Description :

This is a tasty and nutritional meal specially prepared for kids. It contains healthy ingredients such as paneer, egg, rice and vegetables
Ingredients used:
Basmati rice – 1 +1/2 cup
Vegetables(Beans and carrot) – 1/2 cu each
Paneer – 150 g
Egg – 1 large
Ginger and garlic – 1/2 tsp each
Whole spice(Cardamom, cinnamon stick and cloves)
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Salt
Oil
Water
Note: Don’t overcook rice. Basmati rice should be washed well and soak for 10 to 15 minutes in water.
Don’t sauté vegetables for long time, just 2 minutes in medium high flame.
