Eggless Whole wheat Apple cake Recipe/വളരെ സിമ്പിൾ ആയി ആപ്പിൾ കേക്ക്

This is a delicious Apple wheat cake without using egg,butter,buttermilk or oven
very easy recipe ,anyone can simply make it
Ingredients used:
Wheat flour – 1+1/2 cup(1 cup = 250 ml)
Corn flour – 1 + 1/2 tbsp(1 tbsp = 15ml)
Baking powder – 1+ 1/4 tsp(1tsp = 5ml)
salt – 1/4 tsp
Mix well all the above ingredients
Sugar – 1 cup(1/4 cup caramalized and 3/4 cup powdered)
Spices for flavour( 3 pods of cardamom,3 pods of cloves,1 small piece of cinnamon and 2 pinch of nut meg, grind all these with sugar)
Milk – 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp
refined oil – 1/3 cup(85ml)
Grated Apple – 3 medium sized apple
Almond powder – 1/4 cup(Optional)
Dates – 1/4 cup(optional)
Baking soda – 1/4 tsp + 1/2 tbsp vinegar
Add this mix into the cake batter .
Baking time -35 minutes
