Ingredients

Wheat Flour-1&1/4 cups
Baking Powder-1 tsp
Baking soda-1/2 tsp
Salt-1/8 tsp (half of 1/4 tsp)
Fruits and nuts-1/2 cup
Garam masala-6 cloves,3 green cardamom,2 small cinnamon sticks,dry ginger and nutmeg

Grind all these spices with sugar and add to the flour

Jaggery syrup-1/2 cup
Veg.oil-1/4 cup
Lemon juice-2 tsp
Orange zest-1 tsp
Vanilla essence-1/2 tsp
Milk-3/4 cup

Baking time-1 hour
