Eggless Dates cake without oven/ഓവനോ മുട്ടയോ ഇല്ലാതെ കിടിലൻ ഈത്തപ്പഴം ഗോതമ്പു കേക്ക്

Dry ingredients:

Wheat flour – 1 and ½ cup(I cup is 250ml )
Powdered sugar – ½ cup(as per your taste)
Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Baking soda – ½ teaspoon
Spices (Cardamom – 4 no, Cinnamon – 1 small piece, Gramboo – 2 no.)
Grind these spices with little sugar
Salt – 1 pinch
Wet Ingredients:
Milk – ¾ cup to 1 cup(Adjust according to the batter consistency)
Dates – 12 medium sized (soaked in milk and grind to a fine paste)
Oil – ½ cup(Any refined oil, ghee or butter)
Vinegar/Lemon juice – 1 and ½ teaspoon
