This is an easy chicken biriyani recipe but very yummy and tasty.

Ingredients:

Chicken -1kg
For marination:

Ginger -1 small piece
Garlic – 8 pieces
Green chilli -3 to 4
Pepper – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2tsp
Red chilli powder -2tsp
Garam masala -1tsp
Lemon juice 1&1/2 lemon
Salt
Grind all the above ingredients to make a paste and marinate the chicken

For masala:

Onion-2 medium sized
Tomato-4 small
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
Salt
Yoghurt-3tbsp
Garam masala-1tsp

For garnishing:

Onion
Kismis
Cashew nuts
