In this video I am going to introduce a tasty Fish pickle. For that I use shark(Sravu) ,so let us see how to prepare nadan meen achaar(Fish Pickle)
Ingredients:
Fish – 1 kg
Ginger and Garlic
Green chilli
Curry leaves
For marination:
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 to 3 tsp(According to the spiciness)
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 to 3 tsp
Salt

For masala :
Chopped Ginger and garlic – 2 to 3 tbsp.
Green chilli – 5
Curry leaves – plenty
Kashmiri chill powder – 2+1/2 tsp
Asafoetida powder – 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek powder – 3/4 tsp
Mustard powder – 1 tsp
Vinegar – less than 100 ml
salt

Note: Dry roast mustard and fenugreek separately and make powder
