Ingredients

White rice-1&1/2 cup(soak minimum 6 hours in water)
Rice flakes -1/4 cup (soak in water for 10 to 15 minutes)
Grated coconut-1 cup
Cooked rice-2 tbsp
Shallots-2 to 4
Garlic(optional)-1 pod
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Yeast-1/8 tsp(here I used instant yeast)
Coconut water-1/4 cup
Sugar-1 tbsp
Salt
Water for grinding
