ഓവനില്ലാതെ ക്യാരറ്റ് ഈത്തപ്പഴം കേക്ക്/How to make Carrot Dates cake without oven and sugar

The special carrot dates cake made with jaggery.This is a simple recipe
as well as healthy too.
Ingredients used:

All purpose flour/Maida – 1 cup(250 mi)
Baking powder – 1 tsp(5ml)
salt – 2 pinch
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Egg – 2 no
Lemon juice – 1 small sized
Jaggery – 100 gm(1/2 cup jaggery syrup)
veg.oil – 1/4 cup
cinnamon powder – 3/4 tsp
Grated carrot – 1 cup
Dates – 10 nos or 1/2 cup chopped dates
nuts

Baking time without oven – 1 hour
