4 potatoes boiled (medium sized)
1 cup/150g wheat flour
salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves / kasuri methi
1/2 small tsp carom seeds / ajwain
1 small tsp of Coriander seeds and Cumin Powder
1 small tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
oil
