Ingredients

2, 1/2 tsp Split Pigeon Peas / Toor Dal
2, 1/2 tsp Yellow lentils Split / Mung Dal
2 tsp Red Lentil / masoor dal
1 tsp black gram lentils / urad dal
Water
salt to taste
1 onion chopped
Coriander
curry leaves
3 – 4 Red chilli
7-8 garlic clove Paste
1 tomato chpped
oil
1 small tsp of Cumin
1 small tsp of black mustard seeds
A Pinch Hing / Asafetida
1/2 small tsp of Turmeric powder
1 small tsp of Coriander seeds and Cumin Powder
1/2 small tsp garam masala powder
1 small tsp red chilli powder
