*Ingredients :-

*Rasam Recipe (Ingredients) :-
1 tbsp Oil
1 Small tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 Small tbsp Mustard Seeds
A Pinch Hing / Asafetida
Curry Leaves
1/2 Small tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 Onion Chopped
2 Dry Red Chilli
(7-9 Garlic Cloves, 1 Green Chilli, 1/2 Inch Ginger) Paste
2 Small Size Tomato Chopped
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 Small tbsp Sambar Masala Powder
3 tbsp Dal Toor (Cooked)
Salt to taste
4-5 tbsp Tamarind Water
Jaggery
Coriander Leaves

*Vade (Ingredients) :-
2 Cup Urad Dal (8-9 Hours Soaked)
Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp (Garlic Cloves, Green Chilli, Ginger) Paste
Salt to taste

*Rasam Masala (Ingredients) :-
1 tbsp Toor Dal
1 tbsp Chana Dal
1 tbsp Coriadner Seeds
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
15 Black Pepper
Curry Leaves
2 Kashmiri Mirch
3 Lavangi Mirch
1/2 Small tbsp Fenugreek Seeds
