नमस्कार,

साहित्य ( Ingredients):-

लवंगी मिरची (Lavangi Red Chilli) 15-16 Chillis
बेडगी मिरची (Byadagi chilli) 2 Chillis
कश्मीरी मिरची (Kashmiri Red Chilli) 3 Chillis
1 Cup Roasted Dry Coconut
धने (Coriander Seeds) 2 tsp
जिरे (Cumin) 1 tsp
सफेदतीळ (Sesame) 1 tsp
बडीसोप (Fennel Seeds) 1/2 tsp
खसखस (Poppy Seeds) 1 tsp
सुंठ (Dry Ginger) 1 small piece
चक्रफुल (Star anise) 1 piece
दालचिनी (Cinnamon) 1 Inch
मिरी (Black pepper) 12
लवंग (Clove) 12
हिरवी वेलची (Green Cardamom) 1
काली वेलची (Black Cardamom) 1
2 Onion
1 tsp Salt
1/2 inch Ginger
7-8 Garlic Cloves
