1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 Bay Leaf
Curry Leaves
1 Onion Chopped
A Pinch Hing / Asafetida
1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tomato Chopped
2 Green Chilli, 1 Inch Ginger, 8-9 Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Kanda Lasun Masala
Salt to taste
1,1/2 tbsp Warm Water
Coriander Leaves
1 Scrambled Egg

1 Small tbsp Fennel Seeds
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tbsp Sesame
1 tbsp Magaz
10-12 Cashew Nuts
5 Cloves
1 Green Cardamom
5 Black Pepper

1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
1 tbsp Coconut Powder
1 Masala Cardamom (Black Cardamom)
