3-4 tsp Oil
1/2 Small tsp Mustard Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Curry Leaves
A Pinch Hing / Asafetida
1 tsp (Ginger, Garlic Cloves, Green Chilli) Paste
1/2 Small tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin And Coriander Seeds Powder
2 tsp Dry Coconut (Grated)
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves

*Special Vadi :-
1/2 Cup Roasted Dry Coconut
2 tsp Roasted Sesame
1/2 Small tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder or Kanda Lasun Masala
(7-8 Garlic Cloves, 2 Green Chilli, 1/2 tsp Ginger, 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds) Paste
1 tsp Cumin And Coriander Seeds Powder
1/4 Small tsp Turmeric Powder
A Pinch Hing / Asafetida
Coriander Leaves
