1 Cup Split Moong bean dal
1/2 Cup Green Peas
1/2 Cup Carrot
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tomato Chopped
1 Onion Chopped
4-5 Green Chilli Chopped
1 tbsp Oil
1, 1/2 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Cumin And Mustard Seeds
A Pinch Hing / Asafetida
1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Coriander and Cumin Powder
1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
Coriander Leaves
4 Cup Water
