Pineapple Jam Recipe in Tamil | Fruit Jam Recipe | Homemade Jam Recipe

In this video we will see how to make Pineapple jam recipe in Tamil. You can add some pineapple chunks to the jam to enhance the overall texture and taste of the jam. In this recipe we have used 1.5 cup of sugar for 2 cups of puree but this ratio can be modified based on the sweetness of the pineapple. I have used from lemon juice to prevent the sugar crystallization. In this jam we are going to prepare without any preservatives and without any food colors. We can follow the same procedure for making any mixed fruit jam, apple jam, strawberry jam etc.
