3/4 kg chicken with bone
1 onion
1 tomato
1 1/2 tbsp crushed pepper
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
2 (1) inch cinnamon sticks
4 cardamom
4 cloves
2 bay leaves
3 red chilies
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp coriander powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
curry leaves for garnishing
