Ingredients: Makes 14-15 Puran Boli
For the Outer Layer:
1.5 cup Maida
pinch of Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Water as required
4 tbsp Oil for soaking

For the Poornam:
3/4 cup Channa dal
1 cup grated jaggery
1 cup Water (or as required)
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
1 tbsp Ghee
