In this video we will see how to make bread gulab jamun recipe in Tamil. I have previously shared the recipes on making gulab jamun from milk powder and from khoya. This is a far more easier approach to make gulab jamuns from bread. This recipe can be made using simple ingredients like bread, milk & sugar. Lemon juice is added to prevent the sugar from crystallizing from the sugar syrup. Both lemon juice and cardamom seeds impart a nice flavoring to the sugar syrup. The bread jamuns are naturally more airy and not dense, so I am not using baking soda in this recipe.
