Ingredients Makes 30 Puff :
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Butter (100 g)
1 cup Maida (125 g)
1 tbsp Sugar
pinch of Salt
4 Eggs
Bake at 200 C / 375 F for 24-26 min
For the custard cream:
2 egg yolks
6 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Corn flour
1.5 cup Milk
pinch of Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbsp Butter.
