Dhaba Style Soya chapp masala is one of the good alternative to your regular non-veg recipes and good source of protein. We are using just one masala which is nothing but Garam masala and still it tastes just like mutton masala.

सोया चाप मसाला बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• ४~५ सोया चाप
• २ चमचे तेल
• १ चमचा एव्हरेस्ट गरम मसाला
• १/२ चमचा लाल तिखट
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• ३ मध्यम आकाराचे चिरलेले कांदे
• २ चिरलेले टोमॅटो
• ३ चमचे तेल
• १ चमचा एव्हरेस्ट आलं-लसूण पेस्ट
• १ चमचा एव्हरेस्ट गरम मसाला
• १ चमचा लाल तिखट
• १ चमचा बेसन
• पाणी
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर

Soya chap masala is a very easy and simple recipe. It is a healthy and tasty recipe too. We are not deep frying soya chap and the masala is also easy and quick to make. We are using a secret ingredient to enhance the taste of this recipe. This recipe turns out perfectly like the one that we have at dhaba. It has that perfect color, texture and taste too. I am using only one masala. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 4~5 Soya chap
• 2 tsp Oil
• 1 tsp Everest Garam masala
• 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• Salt to taste
• 3 medium size chopped Onions
• 2 chopped Tomatoes
• 3 tsp Oil
• 1 tsp Everest Ginger-Garlic paste
• 1 tsp Everest Garam masala
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• 1 tsp Besan
• Water
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
• Remove the soya chap from the sticks and cut them in about 1/2” pieces.
• Heat up oil in a pan and shallow fry the soya chap pieces in it.
• You can deep fry the soya chap if you want.
• Shallow fry the soya chap well from all sides until it get nice golden color.
• When soya chap are fried well sprinkle Everest garam masala, red chili powder, salt and toss
well.
• Blend onion and tomato into puree in blender. No need to add water as onion and tomato has
lot of moisture.
• Heat up oil in a pan and add the puree.
• Fry the mixture on medium heat well for about 10-12 minutes until it begins to release oil.
• Add Everest ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
• Add Everest garam masala, red chili powder and fry together for about a minute.
• Move the masala along the edge of the pan and add besan in the remaining space.
• Roast the besan for about a minute and mix it well with the masala.
• Add water, salt and mix well.
• When the mixture begins to boil add the shallow fried soya chap and mix well. Simmer the
gravy on medium heat for about 7-8 minutes.
• Add coriander leaves and soya chap masala is all ready.
• You can serve it with naan or roti.
