Bajarichi bhakari is a traditional Maharashtrian recipe. This is a type of Indian flat bread made from Bajra flour. It is healthy, especially made in winter season. Do try this recipe and drop a comment for me. You also can like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups Bajra flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• Hot water
• White sesame seeds

Method:
• Take flour in a dish.
• Add salt and mix well.
• Add a little hot water at a time and knead the dough really good.
• The dough should have medium consistency.
• Knead the dough really good for about 4-5 minutes.
• Take a small of dough and make it smooth.
• Spread some dry flour on the rolling board and put the ball of
dough on it.
• Either you can roll the bhakari by patting with your hand in a
traditional way or roll it with rolling pin.
• Roll the bhakari carefully with rolling pin.
• Spread few sesame seeds and just run the rolling pin once on the
bhakari.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• When the pan is a little hot, transfer the bhakari on it.
• The side of bhakari having sesame seeds should face down and
the side of flour should face up.
• Spread water on upper side with brush or hand.
• Roast the bhakari for about 2 minutes and flip it over.
• After roasting it for 2 minutes more from other side take the pan
off and transfer the bhakari direct on the flame of the gas.
• Roast it well on the flame from both sides and take it off the gas.
• Bajarichi bhakari is already.

Tips:
• Try to avoid using store bought bajra flour. Buy bajra form market
and grind in form the mill.
• You must knead the dough really good for at least 4-5 minutes.
