Ice cream premix is a very easy and simple recipe. You can make ice cream perfectly like store bought one using this premix. The measurements are just perfect. You will get lot of information about the ingredients used in this recipe. We will also make base for ice cream using this premix. Summer has started. Kids want to have ice cream any time of the day. Why not make the ice cream at home!! You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup + 2 tsp powdered Sugar
• 1/4 cup Milk powder
• 1/4 cup Corn flour
• 1/4 cup G.M.S. powder
• 1 tbsp C.M.C. powder
• 1/2 liter Milk

Method:
• Take powdered sugar in a bowl and add milk powder, corn flour, G.M.S powder, C.M.C.
powder.
• Mix everything well together and strain the mixture into a bowl. Ice cream premix is all ready.
• For making ice cream using this premix heat up the milk and bring it to boil. Keep 1/2 cup
cold milk aside.
• Mix 1/2 cup ice cream premix into 1/2 cup cold milk and add this mixture into boiling milk.
• Avoid use of hot milk as lumps of corn flour will be formed due to hot milk. Mix in quickly.
• Turn off the gas and let it cool down completely.
• Transfer the mixture into a plastic jar or a deep container and transfer it into deep freezer to
set for about 6 hours.
• Once the mixture is set the ice cream base is ready.
• G.M.S powder is a good emulsifier and it gives thickness.
• C.M.C. powder stops crystallization of ice cream.
