पौष्टिक पडवळ-ज्वारीचं धिरडं करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
धिरडं
• १ कप / १५० ग्रॅम ज्वारीचं पीठ
• १/२ कप / ७५ ग्रॅम गव्हाचं पीठ
• १ चमचा धनेपूड
• १/२ चमचा लाल तिखट
• १/४ चमचा हळद
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• ४~५ लसूण पाकळ्या
• ३~४ हिरव्या मिरच्या
• १ चमचा जिरं
• ओवा
• १/२ कप किसलेलं पडवळ
• १/२ कप बारीक चिरलेली मेथी
• बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• २ कप पाणी
• जरुरीनुसार तेल
तिखमिठलं
• ३ हिरव्या मिरच्या
• कोथिंबीर
•चवीनुसार मीठ
• चवीनुसार साखर
• १/४ कप दही
• १ मोठा चमचा तेल

Let’s see how to make padwal-jwariche dhirde today. Padwal is snake gourd. How many of you don’t like padwal? I knew, very few of you must be the ones who like or even eat it!! But trust me, if you use padwal like this no one will come to know about it and everyone will enjoy the dhirde. With summer round the corner, you must be looking for the recipes those provide necessary cooling effect to our body. Jwari and snake gourd are such ingredients. Besides, this is a very easy and simple recipe. It is such a quick recipe that you can make it in a jiffy. Also, I will share one simple and quick chutney recipe to go along with it!! It is not only healthy but also tastes superb. We already have seen low many dhirde recipes. This is yet another quick addition to the list. Try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
Dhirde
• 1 cup Jwari flour
• 1/2 cup Wheat flour
• 1 tsp Coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 4~5 Garlic cloves
• 3~4 Green chilies
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• Ajwain / Carom seeds
• 1/2 cup grated Padwal / Snake gourd
• 1/2 cup finely chopped Methi leaves
• Finely chopped Onion
• 2 cups Water
• Oil as needed
Tikhmithale
• 3 Green chilies
• Coriander leaves
• Sugar to taste
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 cup Curd
• 1 tbsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• A pinch of Hing
• Curry leaves
Method:
Dhirde
• Blend garlic, green chilies, cumin seeds and ajwain well together into coarse paste in mixer and
thecha is ready.
• Mix jwari flour, wheat flour, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt and 2 tsp
thecha well together in a bowl and add padwal, methi leaves and onion.
• You can use chop padwal finely or blend it in mixer instead of grating.
• Mix everything well together and add water to make batter. The batter should have pouring
consistency.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add oil.
• Spread it well and add batter in it.
• Spread the batter a little and roast it well form lower side.
• When lower side is roasted well, flip the dhirde over and roast well from other side too.
• When the dhirde is roasted well from both sides, take it off on a wire rack. Padwal-jwariche dhirde
is ready.
• You can make 10 ghirde from this batter if you use 1 ladleful batter for each dhirde. These are
enough for 4 people.
• You can make around 6-7 big dhirde from the same batter.
Tikhmithale
• Roast green chilies on gas really good and transfer them into a blender jar.
• Add coriander leaves, sugar and salt and blend everything well together into as fine paste as
possible without using water.
• You can take this paste out into a bowl and add curd and mix well.
• Add curd and pulse it just once to mix well.
• Take the chutney out into a bowl.
• For tadka, heat up oil in a tadka pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up, add cumin seeds, hing and curry leaves and add this tadka into the
chutney.
• Mix well and tikhmithle is ready.
