झटपट गाजर हलवा बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य

Gajar halwa is a winter special recipe as carrots are available in abundance in winter. So gajar halwa is a must recipe. We already have seen gajar halwa recipe. But in today’s recipe you won’t have to grate the carrots!! How? You will come to know in the recipe. We are making it in 1 kg proportion. I will be showing you a very easy and simple recipe. The measurements are perfect and the halwa will turn out super delicious. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 kg Carrots
• 1/2 liter full cream Milk
• 1/2 cup / 125 gm Sugar
• 1/2 cup / 125 gm grated Khoya
• 1/2 cup Dry nuts (Almonds & Cashew nuts)
• Cardamom powder

Method:
• Wash the carrots well and peel them.
• Chop the carrot and transfer into cooker.
• Add milk and steam carrot on medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
• You can cook carrot on medium heat until 3 whistles.
• Crush the cooked carrots with the help of fork. Or you can mash it with masher.
• Turn on the gas and bring the mixture to boil.
• Add sugar, khoya, dry nuts and mix well.
• Cook together for about 15-20 minutes until the mixture thickens up really good.
• Add cardamom powder and mix well. Gajar halwa is all ready.
• You can serve this halwa to around 6-7 people 1 small katori each
• You can store this in freeze. You can store it at room temperature for about 2-3 days.
