Mirchicha Kharda is a traditional recipe. It turns out nice, crunchy and zanzanit. Zanzanit is pungent. It is a very easy and simple recipe. This is a perfect side dish. It can be a good option for travelling as it has shelf life of about 2-3 months. It doesn’t need too many ingredients. You can make it from the ingredients those are readily available in your kitchen. It turns out crispy and tastes super testy. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup raw Peanuts
• 1 tsp Oil
• Green chilies
• 10-12 Garlic cloves
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp Oil
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and add raw peanuts.
• Roast peanuts well until they change the color a little and transfer them into a dish.
• In the same pan add oil, chilies and garlic.
• Roast everything well together until chilies and garlic change the color.
• When it is almost roasted add cumin seeds and roast it well together and let the mixture cool
down.
• Transfer the roasted mixture and roasted peanuts into a mortar and pound it into coarse paste.
• You can blend the mixture in mixer or food processor.
• In the same pan heat up oil and add the pounded mixture, salt and coriander leaves.
• Mix well and fry until it turns out nice, crispy and crunchy. The mixture should be dry.
• Turn off the gas and mirchicha thecha is ready.
• You can add 1 tsp lemon juice when the kharda is almost ready and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
• When the kharda cools down completely you can store it in an airtight container. It has shelf life
of about 2-4 months.
