Let’s see how to make street style bread omelette today. Do you know, this was my very first viral recipe on youtube. Long back in 2009, I posted this video on youtube and it had gone viral at that time!! This is a very easy and simple recipe. It doesn’t need lot many ingredients. You can easily make it from very few ingredients those are readily available in your pantry. It is healthy and filling. It looks tempting and trust me tastes just awesome. Try this recipe at home and write to me. You also can like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 3 Eggs
• Finely chopped Green chili
• Red chili powder
• Chat masala
• Black Pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 4 Bread slices
• 1~2 Cheese slices (Optional)
• 1~2 tbs Water
• Oil as needed

Method:
• Break the eggs into a bowl and add green chili, salt coriander leaves and black pepper powder.
• Beat the mixture really good. Mix red chili powder in water and add that mixture into egg mixture.
• Beat the mixture really good again.
• Heat up a pan on medium heat and spread oil on it.
• Beat the egg mixture really good once and pour out the mixture into the pan.
• Sprinkle chat masala, red chili powder and black pepper powder on it.
• Now place bread slice on the omelette and coat it well with the egg mixture.
• Flip the bread over and let it sit on the omelette.
• Repeat the process for all 4 bread slices.
• Spread oil along the edge of the pan and flip the omelette over.
• Roast the lower side really good and turn off the gas.
• Flip the omelette again and place cheese slices on 2 bread slices.
• Adding cheese slices is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Cut the omelette into 2 halves and fold it on cheese slices. Bread omelette is ready.
• Cut it diagonally and serve!!
