Gawar masala is a very easy and simple recipe. This can be a perfect lunch box option. It tastes just awesome with green chili or green masala. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and comment.

Ingredients:
• 125 grams Gawar / Cluster beans
• 7~8 Garlic cloves
• 2~3 Green chilies
• 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
• 1/2 cup fresh shredded Coconut
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
• A pinch of Hing
• 8~10 Curry leaves
• 1 cup finely chopped Onion
• Salt to taste

Method:
• Take garlic cloves in a blender jar.
• Add green chilies, coriander leaves, fresh coconut and blend it
into paste.
• You can add a little water while blending. Green masala is
already.
• You can add peanut powder in place of coconut but not in green
masala but later.
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add mustard seeds and let them pop up.
• Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
• Add hing, curry leaves, onion and fry until onion turns light golden.
• When onion turns light golden add turmeric powder and mix well.
• Add green masala and fry for just about a minute.
• Add gawar and mix well.
• Add salt to taste and mix well.
• Cover and cook on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes.
• Try to cook gawar in oil, on steam. Do not add much water while
cooking.
• After every 3-4 minutes open the lid, mix gawar.
• Add a little about spoonful water if required.
• Close the lid and cook again.
• Repeat this process until gawar is nicely cooked about 15-20
minutes.
• Gawar sabzi is already.
• You can have this gawar sabzi with fulka, poli.
• This can be a good lunch box option.
• This goes well with rice as side dish too.
• If you want rassa bhaji then you can increase the quantity of
water in this recipe.
