भाजके पोहे चिवडा करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• ८ कप / ५०० ग्रॅम भाजके पोहे
• २ चमचा धने
• १ चमचा जिरं
• १ चमचा बडीशेप
• १० काळी मिरी
• १/२ चमचा काळं मीठ
• १/२ चमचा चाट मसाला
• ४ चमचा लाल तिखट
• २ मोठे चमचे / २५ ग्रॅम साखर
• १/२ चमचा हळद
• ५० ग्रॅम सुक्या खोबऱ्याचे काप
• ८~१० हिरव्या मिरच्यांचे तुकडे
• २ मोठे चमचे / २५ ग्रॅम लसूण
• १५० ग्रॅम तेल
• १ १/२ कप / २०० ग्रॅम शेंगदाणे
• १ कप / २०० ग्रॅम पंढरपुरी डाळं
• १०० ग्रॅम बेदाणे (ऐच्छिक)
• १५~२० कढीपत्त्याची पानं
• चवीनुसार मीठ

Let’s see how to make bhajke pohe chivda today. This is a Diwali special recipe. It is very easy and simple recipe. We also will make special masala for this chivda. This chivda looks nice and tastes just awesome. It can be a good option for your regular chivda. Try this recipe at home and write to me. You also can like, share and subscribe.
Ingredients:
• 500 gm / 8 cups Bhajke Pohe
• 2 tsp Coriander seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seed
• 1 tsp Fennel seeds
• 10 black Peppercorns
• 1/2 tsp black Salt
• 1/2 tsp Chat masala
• 4 tsp Red chili powder
• 2 tbsp / 25 gm Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 50 gm sliced dry Coconut
• 8~10 chopped Green chilies
• 2 tbsp / 25 gm sliced Garlic
• 150 gm Oil
• 1 1/2 cup / 200 gm Peanuts
• 1 cup / 200 gm roasted Chana dal
• 100 gm Raisins (Optional)
• 15~20 Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
• Sieve the bhajke pohe well once and transfer them into a bowl.
• Dry roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and black peppercorns well together for
about 2-3 minutes and blend it into powder.
• Add black salt, chat masala, red chili powder, sugar and turmeric powder and blend it well
together. Chivda masala is ready.
• Heat up oil on medium heat in a pan and add peanuts.
• Fry peanuts really good and take them out, drain excess out and transfer them on bhajke pohe.
• Fry dry coconut slices until they get nice peach color and take them out on bhajke pohe.
• Fry roasted chana dal really good and take it out on bhajke pohe.
• Fry garlic until it gets nice golden color and take it out in bhajke pohe.
• Fry raisins until they puff up well and take them out on bhajke pohe.
• Adding raisins is optional. You can skip it if you don’t want.
• Fry green chilies well and when it is almost fried, add curry leaves.
• Fry them well together and take out on bhajke pohe.
• Turn the gas off and add chivda masala and salt.
• Mix well and add bhajke pohe and all other fried ingredients.
• Mix everything well together.
• Fry it well together on low heat for about 8-10 minutes. Bhajke pohe chivda is ready.
