रव्याचे रोल बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• १ कप बारीक रवा
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• चिमूटभर खायचा सोडा
• १/४ कप दही
• १/४ कप पाणी
• ४ मोठे चमचे बारीक चिरलेली सिमला मिरची
• ४ मोठे चमचे बारीक चिरलेला कोबी
• ४ मोठे चमचे बारीक चिरलेलं गाजर
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर
• १/२ चमचा लाल तिखट
• १/२ चमचा गरम मसाला
• १/२ चमचा धने पूड
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• लाल मिरचीचा ठेचा
• तेल
• १/२ चमचा मोहरी
• जिरं
• चिमूटभर हिंग
• कढीपत्ता
• पांढरे तीळ

Suji roll is a very easy and simple recipe. These not only look fantastic but taste just awesome. This is a very healthy recipe as it contains lot many veggies. This is a real quick recipe. This can be a good party starter or lunch box option for kids. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 1 cup fine Suji
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of Baking soda
• 1/4 cup Curd
• 1/4 cup Water
• 4 tbsp finely chopped Capsicum
• 4 tbsp finely chopped Cabbage
• 4 tbsp finely chopped Carrot
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• 1/2 tsp Garam masala
• 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
• Salt to taste
• Red chili thecha
• Oil
• 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
• Cumin seeds
• A pinch of Hing
• Curry leaves
• White Sesame seeds

Method:
• Take rava in a dish and add salt, baking soda.
• You can blend coarse rava in mixer and use in place of fine rava.
• You can skip baking soda if you don’t want.
• Add curd and mix well.
• You can use buttermilk in place of curd.
• Add a little water at a time and knead semi soft dough.
• Transfer the dough into a bowl and rest it for about 10 minutes.
• For stuffing take capsicum, cabbage, carrot, coriander leaves, red chili powder, garam masala,
coriander powder, salt in a bowl and mix well.
• Stuffing is ready.
• Take small portion of the dough and make it smooth and even.
• Roll it into a little thick square.
• Spread red chili thecha on it and give a layer of the stuffing.
• You can use sauce like schezwan sauce in place of thecha.
• Lift from one end and make a tight roll.
• Press and roll it a little.
• Grease a dish well with oil and transfer the rolls into it.
• Sprinkle red chili powder on the rolls from all sides.
• You can sprinkle chat masala too if you want.
• Steam the rolls on medium heat for 10 minutes.
• Turn off the gas and let the rolls be in the steamer for another 10 minutes.
• Take the rolls out and cut them into pieces.
• Heat up oil in a tadka pan for tadka.
• Add mustard seeds and let them pop up.
• Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
• Add hing, curry leaves, white sesame seeds and mix well.
• Add this tadka on the rolls and suji rolls are all ready.
