डोनट्स बनवण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य

Christmas is round the corner. Then making cakes or donuts is must. Donut is a popular bakery dish. This is one of most requested recipe. We are making donut without yeast or without using condensed milk or egg. We don’t need oven for this recipe. These can be made from the ingredients easily available in your pantry. These turn out really nice, spongy and soft. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• 2 cups Maida
• 1/2 cup powdered Sugar
• 1/2 tsp Baking powder
• 1/2 tsp Eno fruit salt
• 1/4 cup Milk powder (Optional)
• 1/4 cup Butter
• 1/2 cup Curd
• Oil for frying
• 1 cup Dark chocolate
• 1/4 cup Fresh cream
• Sprinkles
• Sliver balls

Method:
• Take maida in a strainer and add powdered sugar, baking powder, Eno fruit salt, milk powder.
• You can use 1/4 tsp baking soda in place of Eno fruit salt.
• You can skip milk powder. It is optional.
• Mix everything well together and sieve it into a dish.
• Add butter, curd and mix everything well together.
• Knead the dough without using any water. If needed add just 1-2 tsp water.
• Divide the dough into 2 portions and take one of them.
• Make it smooth and even and roll it into a little thick roti.
• Cut it into small rounds with the help of a katori and remove the extra dough.
• Make a small hole at the center with the help of another smaller katori or cap of any bottle.
• Remove the dough from it.
• Transfer the rolled donuts into a dish.
• Heat up oil on low to medium heat and drop donut into hot oil.
• Fry donuts well on low to medium heat from both sides until these get even golden color from
both sides.
• When donuts are fried well from both sides take them out drain excess oil and transfer them
into a dish.
• Heat up water in a sauce pan and place a strainer on it.
• Place a glass bowl with chocolate into the strainer.
• Add fresh cream into the bowl and melt it together until smooth and creamy.
• Dip donut into the cream from one side and spread it evenly.
• Garnish it with sprinkles or silver balls.
• Donuts are all ready.
• You can make 10 donuts from 2 cups maida.
