This anda masala is made on tawa and is in village style. It looks nice and tastes simply delicious. It doesn’t need lot many efforts. It is a real easy and quick recipe. The ingredients used are easily available in your pantry. If you are bored of the same anda recipes then this is a must try recipe for you. The method followed is different yet easy. Ingredients:
• 1 chopped Tomatoes
• Coriander leaves
• 1” chopped Ginger
• 4~5 Garlic cloves
• 2~3 tbsp grated dry Coconut
• 2 tbsp Oil
• 1 finely chopped Onion
• 1 tsp Sunday masala
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• Water
• Salt to taste
• 5 boiled Eggs
Method:
• Blend tomatoes, coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, dry coconut together into fine puree in mixer.
Vatan is ready.
• Heat up oil in a pan and add onion.
• Fry well until onion gets golden color.
• Add the blended masala and fry well on medium heat for about 4-5 minutes.
• Add Sunday masala, red chili powder and mix well.
• You can use any other masala that you use regularly at hour home instead of Sunday masala.
• Add water to adjust the consistency, salt and mix well.
• Bring the gray to boil and basic masala is ready.
• You can add veggies of your choice in this masala and enjoy.
• Cut the boiled eggs into 2 parts and add them into the gravy.
• Cover and cook on medium heat for about 6-8 minutes.
• Tawa anda masala is all ready.
• You can have it with bhakari or chapatti or paratha or naan, roti.
• It goes well with rice too.
