Moong Dal Laddu Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cup Moog dal
1/2 cup ghee
1 cup Jaggery powder
1/4 cup dry fruit
Cashew nuts for garnishing
Directions:
1. Dry roast the moong dal until golden and aromatic, then cool and grind into a powder.
2. Heat Nutralite DoodhShakti Pure ghee and add the dal powder, frying lightly.
3. Add Jaggery, cardamom and mixing well.
4. Once the mixture is warm and manageable, shape into laddus.
5. Allow to cool before serving.
