Spicy boiled egg sandwich is a very easy, simple and healthy recipe. You can make this in max 5-6 minutes if you have boiled egg ready. This breakfast recipe is protein packed and anti oxidant rich. Do try this quick recipe and drop a comment for me. You also can like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• Whole wheat bread
• Butter
• 1/2 tsp Kanda lasun masala
• 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
• Boiled, peeled & thinly sliced Eggs
• Black pepper powder
• Chat masala
• Chopped green bell pepper
• Chopped yellow bell pepper
• Chopped red bell pepper
• Cheese slice

Method:
• Heat up a pan on medium heat.
• Add butter, kanda lasun masala, red chili powder and fry spices
for just about 30-40 seconds.
• Transfer the bread on the spices and coat it well with them from
one side.
• You can use multigrain bread or even chapatti in place of wheat
bread.
• Transfer the bread with masala side up into a plate.
• Add a layer of sliced coiled egg.
• Sprinkle black pepper powder and chat masala.
• Add a layer of colored peppers and a slice of cheese.
• Close up the sandwich other bread slice and spread butter on it.
• Transfer the bread on the pan and grill it well.
• Spread some butter on other side.
• When the lower side of the sandwich turns nice brown flip it over
and grill from other side too.
• Take the sandwich off into a serving dish and spicy boiled egg
sandwich is already.
