Khalgut is a very easy and simple recipe. Khalgut means hot, spicy curry recipe. This is made specially in Ahmednagar district in Maharashtra. You can make variations in this recipe like veg, non veg etc. This is a base recipe. You can make changes according to your choice. You can try this recipe at home and drop a comment for me. Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup roasted Peanuts
• Coriander leaves
• Garlic cloves
• 8~10 Green chilies
• Water
• 3 tsp Oil
• Finely chopped Onion
• Hot Water
• Salt to taste
• Frozen peas

Method:
• Take peanuts in a blender jar.
• You can use raw peanuts too.
• Add coriander leaves, garlic cloves, green chillies and blend
everything into smooth paste.
• Add water while blending. Vatan is all ready.
• Heat up oil in a pan.
• Add onion and fry until it gets nice golden color.
• You can skip onion if you don’t want.
• Add the blended masala and fry for about 3-4 minutes.
• Add hot water, salt and mix well.
• You can keep it as it is.
• Add frozen peas and simmer on medium heat for about 7-8
minutes.
• You can add cooked sandge too.
• Khalgut is all ready.
• You can have this with bhakari or rice too.
