चटपटीत क्रिस्पी कॉर्न करण्यासाठी लागणारे साहित्य
• जरुरीनुसार पाणी
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• ४०० ग्रॅम मक्याचे दाणे
• २ मोठे चमचे कॉर्न फ्लोअर
• चवीनुसार काळी मिरपूड
• तळण्यासाठी तेल
• १ चमचा लाल तिखट
• १/४ चमचा चाट मसाला
• १/२ चमचा जिरेपूड
• १/२ चमचा काळी मिरपूड
• चवीनुसार मीठ
• बारीक चिरलेला कांदा
• बारीक चिरलेली कोथिंबीर

Let’s make easy, chatpata crispy corn today. As the name suggests, it is a very easy, simple and quick recipe. You can make it in a jiffy. These are made using corns coated with corn flour, deep fried and sprinkles few spices on it. It is a popular appetizer recipe. You can serve them as it is or with some sauce or dipping. They turn out nice, crispy and crunchy. The methods can vary from place to place. But today, I am sharing basic recipe. Also I will share few tips and tricks during the video. Try this recipe at home and write to me. Do not forget to like, share and subscribe.

Ingredients:
• Water as needed
• Salt to taste
• 400 gm sweet Corns
• 2 tbsp Corn flour
• Black Pepper powder to taste
• Oil for frying
• 1 tsp Red chili powder
• 1/4 tsp Chat masala
• 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp black Pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Finely chopped Onion
• Finely chopped Coriander leaves

Method:
• Heat up water in a pan and bring it to boil.
• Add salt and corns and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
• Drain all the water from boiled corns and rest it for just about 5 minutes.
• Sprinkle corn flour and black pepper powder and coat the corn well with it.
• Heat up oil on medium to high heat in a pan and drop corns in it.
• Separate the corns with the help of fork.
• When the corn get nice golden color, take them out, drain excess oil and transfer them into a
strainer.
• If the corns pop up, turn off the gas and then take the corns out.
• Be careful while frying the corns as they may pop up while frying.
• Mix red chili powder, chat masala, cumin powder, black pepper powder and salt well together in a
bowl and masala for crispy corn is ready.
• Add this masala on fried corns and add onion and coriander leaves.
• Toss it well together and crispy corn is ready.
